At Lowbank Shoes, we take pride in the quality and comfort of every pair of sneakers we offer. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our complete return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 business days from the date of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product
  • Request for a different size or model
  • The product has a verified manufacturer defect
  • The item was damaged during transit

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, washing, or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team:

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send full instructions including the return address and shipping guidelines.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defect or damage: Lowbank Shoes will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, customer preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lowbank Shoes is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only after the item has been returned and verified.

5. Exchanges

Lowbank Shoes does not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order separately.

6. Exceptions

Lowbank Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, including:

  • Returns received after the 14-business-day eligibility period
  • Items missing packaging or accessories
  • Items showing wear, damage, or misuse
