At Lowbank Shoes we aim to provide a reliable, transparent delivery service across the United Kingdom.
1. Order processing time
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Delivery times
We ship only within the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express delivery (when available): 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, severe weather, or due to carrier delays.
3. Shipping costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected. Free-delivery promotions may be offered during special events and will be clearly displayed on the website.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear or update.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
All orders are shipped from within the UK. No customs charges apply for domestic deliveries.
6. Delivery restrictions
Some remote or highland areas may have limited courier options or slightly longer delivery times. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
7. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
